I received this book today and it is bad condition ... the cover has a lot of tape
Great price on this trig text.
I agree with the other reviewer. I used this book this semester and the explanations were ridiculously short. The authors assumed that the students had to know a lot of content that several times wasn't that obvious. Examples weren't completely clear either. I used the solutions manual a lot to understand the exercises better. In the end, most of my classmates tried to memorize how exercises were solved without really understanding the subject.
I would use another textbook for this subject. This one feels incomplete, and it shouldn't be, considering that's not cheap.
The book is not the best trig book but it will do for those who require it for class.
My daughters college wanted triple the price for this book. I would recommend this seller for your kids college books. Very good prices.
This book was alright and I wouldn't really recommend it. Like what others have said, instructions on how to do problems were short and didn't explain much. Similar to what another customer said, it made you memorize on how to do it instead of further explaining on why it was that answer (if that makes sense). Overall, I just wouldn't recommend it.
Rented the digital version. I really like that I can use it on multiple technology sources. Seems to be formated fine. easy to navigate
